My Creative Journey
My journey began with a love for sewing. For years, I sewed unique, handcrafted bags that garnered a loyal following. Using my trusty Singer 237, I designed and stitched everything from stylish handbags to functional totes. My designs were so well-loved that other bag makers even ordered my creations! This experience taught me the importance of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the joy of seeing my creations bring happiness to others.
Entrepreneurial Spirit
Fueled by my creativity, I launched a sticker business that thrived for a year. Designing and producing unique stickers allowed me to explore different styles and connect with a diverse customer base. Running this business taught me valuable lessons in time management, customer service, and the importance of staying inspired.
Designing for Impact
Now, I channel my creativity and entrepreneurial spirit into UX/UI design. I thrive on solving complex problems and creating seamless user experiences. Whether I'm wireframing, prototyping, or conducting user research, I approach each project with the same passion and dedication that fueled my previous ventures.
Beyond the Screen
When I'm not designing, you can find me crafting trinkets for Renaissance fairs, exploring new creative projects, or researching innovative design trends. I'm also a huge Pikachu fan and love attending as pirate Pikachu every year for the Renaissance fair. It's a fun way to blend historical themes with my favorite character, and it never fails to bring a smile to people's faces! Lots of "OMG IT'S PIKACHU!" moments.
